• Peter Pei, Project Director
  Peter Pei is founder of Shanghai Splendid Communication Co., Ltd. Since its inception, Peter has led the company to serve more than 100 customers and received outstanding feedbacks. Peter's business leadership is largely due to his customer oriented attitude and exceptional quality of customer support. Prior to founding Shanghai Language Culture Communication Co., Ltd, he was sales and marketing manager of YuanPei Translation Corporation and Midea Corporation where he has accumulated extensive sales,marketing and project management experience. Peter received B.A of law. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
• Jessica Ma, Project Director
  Jessica Ma is senior engagement manager and business interpreter with 15 years experience in business to consumer and business to business lead generation, web platform, ERP, CRM and EAI product implementation and consulting services. She is an experienced professional in business development, sales and marketing and project management.
• Edith Yu
  Edith Yu, a partner with LCC, is also a senior account and engagement manager with ten years of work experience, including four years in top management. She is an experienced professional in customer service, sales, business development and marketing, and project management in the translation industry since 2006. She began her partnership with LCC in 2010. Edith received B.A. in English from the University of International Business and Economics.
• Philip E. Hyatt Editor & Quality Supervisor
  Philip Hyatt is a professional writer and editor with a long and varied career. He retired early from the U. S. Forest Service, where he served eight years on the Kisatchie National Forest as Forest Botanist/Ecologist, five years as a writer/editor for the Southern Region of the agency responding to concerned and litigation from the public related to wildlife, botany, soil, water, air, and other environmental issues, and in other earlier positions. He spent five years as a school teacher, mostly in small private schools. He is a contributing author of several books and author of many research papers and has edited articles for national and international journals for many years. He is currently working on his first books of fiction and has been teaching himself both Spanish and Chinese for many years.
